Xagle filet wheel communication issue

Hi love the software!
I am having an issue with my Xagle 5 position filter wheel. If I use the settings button sgp can see my wheel and driver however as soon as I connect the wheel It no longer can detect my wheel? I can however run the wheel with no problem using the ascom controller. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’m not 100% sure I understand, but this may work. When you click on the settings (wrench) button in SGP it brings up the Xagyl Filter Wheel Setup Screen. There is a com port setting and ticking on the small arrow opens up all the com ports that SGP is using. Try each one - when you find the right one it should connect. Hope this helps.

Thanks actually I had to delete and re install but thanks for the advice!
