I have a new install of SGP (V4.5.0.1649) on Win 11 laptop and latest ZWO drivers (v6.5.36) and the ZWO focuser will not respond in SGP. The ASCOM EAF driver is v6.0.16. I have tried both TheSkyX and SGP and they give the same results: the controls in the apps will not move the focuser. I can get the focuser to move from the Properties dialog in the focuser setup. I have 2 other PCs with Win 10 and older versions of SGP, and the ZWO focuser works fine. I would appreciate any clues as to how to fix this.
Fixed: The ASCOM driver for the EAF supplied with the ASCOM distribution v6.5.36 does not seem to work with my setup as previously described. I pulled an old ASCOM setup file (v6.5.1.8) from my win 10 laptop and installed it on my win 11 laptop. I unchecked updates for everything but the EAF. The new driver is v6.5.4 and it works as it should in SGP. I hope this finding helps someone else who has this issue.
