ZWO filter not connecting with sgp

Dear Sirs,

Gd evening,

Please note that the zwo filter wheel is not connecting with SGP, it mentioned ( error connecting to ZWO filter wheel1) and the setting said ( the setting property EFWID was not found. As well the zwo filter wheel is connecting with another platforms.

Any suggestion please.

Hi.
Try installing ASI Studio wiitch includes all ZWO drivers ( caméra, Filter wheel, EAF, etc…)
If it does not work Check USB câble.
