Hi everyone, I am getting desperate, another clear night and I can’t activate my extra 2 licences . I am having a problem downloading with a licence skips past everything then when you go to start from short cut on desktop. Try’s to open on a lite version and then nothing. Thanks for any help.
You should just need to use your email and password to activate the new machine.

No error message, just goes to down load page and down loads a lite copy doesn’t give anywhere to say this is a full licence. And then looks like it is opening and then doesn’t. I’m not very happy. Not only not opening, there is a time difference with us and I’ve missed another clear night. I am only a beginner with Astro and I’ve started with SQP and paid for it. I need two computers one with the telescope and one inside. I don’t won’t to use sharp cap.

no nothing. I have one licence activated on a different computer. I have tried on two laptop and it does the same thing?
Go to the help menu and select “Register this Machine” enter your email and password that was emailed to you. More info on registering can be found here:

Also sounds like you may have installed multiple copies and something potentially was messed up in the process if the application is not launching. You may want to look here to try and clear up the error: SGP will not start after trial and paying for full program - #20 by Ken

Question: I do need to get it to download and open before I can go to the help menu?
I have cleared as directed, gone to the website on both computers. Logged back in with password, went to downloads picked the same version as I am running. It goes through process, downloads as lite version. I go to desktop click on icon it always looks like it will open but it does not.
Yes you will. Can you confirm that the new machine you’re installing on has ASCOM installed as well as the .net 4.8 runtime:

Also there is no “Lite” or “Pro” download, they are the same but you have to insert your license to get the Pro features.

I can confirm I am up to date with ascom and the 4.8 net.
Can you send me a link to download? Nothing else seems to work. also when the shortcut on desktop goes through the process to open the program it does say lite version, and as i keep saying the program doesn’t open. Can you team view???
