Would it be possible to add the night’s ongoing sqm reading to the file naming convention? Sure would be appreciated!

Feature Request: Add environment variables to Keys

Since I now have an Eagle4 Pro, I would like to have the Sky Quality Metric in the filename, but there is no key for this currently. Is it possible to add this option? [image]

Some suggestions… Global start time, we currently have a global end time, but sometimes the automatic target adjustment can adjust the target time prior to say twilight, so a global start time would prevent that from happenning. The other benefit would be if you know that the sky is going to be clear by a specific time, you can set the global start time for then. Sky quality as a variable for the filename. Use the Sky-Quality Metric to Start / Stop / Pause Sequence

I have the PrimaluceLab Eagle 5 Pro which has a sky quality meter, it would be good if you could utilise this for: Starting a sequence when a threshold is met (like when the sky is dark enough) Pausing a sequence when the sky-quality srops for a specific amount of time Stopping a sequence completely if the sky-quality does not improve after a specific amount of time I would also like to see sky-quality as a key for a file name variable Regards Simon
