IMPORTANT: Leaving this up in case you need to use beta 755 - 758 for some reason. This fix will allow you to proceed, but you should use beta 759 or higher which will automatically repair your saved files.
If you open a version of 4.1 at version 4.1.0.755 or higher and see a “blank” equipment profile when you attempt to load one for editing, it is likely that it is this issue and it can likely be repaired.
