Connection Canon EOS 850 D

I cannot connect my Canon EOS 850D in SGP. I use the M mode and Bulb. I also don’t get a connection with an EOS 850 D. When I try to connect, SGP shut down. However, both can get a connection in Backyard EOS and in APT. Who can help me?

What version of SGP are you using? If you’re using one of the 4.0 versions can you attempt 3.2 and report if that is successful. Some of the driver architecture for canons changed in 4.0.

Also a log would be helpful as well.

The same version: 4.0.0700 but then the 64 bit.

It was the EOS 850 D, Not The 550 D.

Ah, this is helpful. I’ll double check the driver versions between them. But they should be the same.
