Control how long 'Recovery' mode lasts?

I think I asked before, but it’d be nice to have some control over how long recovery mode works. For instance, I’d rather just have it try once or maybe twice until it gives up versus 90 minutes.

Any possibility of giving us a time to wait and control over the total time?

I too think this would be a useful feature.

And number of attempts too. Basically just some option boxes for us to have more control over it.
