Subscription reverts to Trial and API throws out error 500

Description

After a successful session my software (version 680) came up with an error stating that my trial had expired and I needed to enter the license key, which I proceeded to do. This failed and came back with an API 500 error. My other two setups don`t have this issue.

I;ve had a subscription since the beginning with an automatic renewal.

Issue solved. Deactivated the relevant PC and activated the software again. The activation worked this time. Issue can be closed.
